I had this dream the other night/
I went to work, and nobody remembered who I was/
So I decided to take the day off..." -Two-Nu (Ponderous)
Work = yawn. Some guys from the warehouse are in and are religning pretty much the whole store, so there wasn't much for me to do except for put up new price labels on everything they had already finished with. It all looks so nice and tidy. I wonder how long it's going to stay that way... XD I mean, if people could just put things where they belong.. There are numbers on the product. Those numbers match the numbers on the shelf tag. It's the same game you were playing when you were five years old! Find the one that looks the same!
On a related side note, I really like our new head cash lady. She threw out all the junk that the old head cash lady was saving for no apparant reason, and cleaned off the desk in the office, and cleaned the junk out of the safe. And she put a potted plant and a cute glass top table in the coffee room AND bought ceramic mugs. How sweet is that?
Related side, side note, I've discovered that this chick that they've hired to be the new supervisor isn't all she's cracked up to be. She's power trippin'. She kinda likes to order people around and yell at people in notes. (I yell at people in notes too, but only when necessary) And she's new Boss' little pet (notice how it's been more than a year and I still call him new boss?). Being the pet can cause resentment in others. Plus if she ever tries to tell me what to do, I'll have to punch her in the face. There's just no other choice. I can take suggestions, but not orders.
