So, I finally got smart and decided to try typing my post out in Word and then copy/pasting it in. After being booted offline three times while trying to submit a comment to Oreana’s journal, enough is enough..

So, the reason my hands were/are mangled is because new boss ordered these plastic dealies for the edges of all the shelves in the store. 1200 of them. And when I got to work the other day, supervisor Matt said I could help him put them up. It really wasn’t working very well, and every time I’d get the thing in there all the way, it’d just pop right back out. So after two hours we had maybe 6 four foot sections done. My fingers were getting blister-y and I got a couple of nice plastic cuts. Y’know, like paper cuts but by plastic? Yeeaahhh.. So apparently new boss wants all 1200 of them up by the time he gets back form hols in two weeks. Good luck. I’m done with them. So my fingers were all covered in glow-in-the-dark Spongebob bandaids, which actually looked really cool in the dark.

Very hard to type with people reading over your shoulder.

Anyways. Sunday I took a sick day. Got to work and lasted about an hour before I had to have them find someone to take over for me. I don’t think they actually did. I just stayed in my bed the rest of the day. Bleh. Feeling better now, but still not 100%.

And I get to work with annoying girl tomorrow. So I have THAT to look forward to.. (note sarcasm)Maybe I’ll be able to just leave her up front by herself and she’ll actually DO some work. If you let her leave her till, she’ll do absolutely jack. For hours. It’s a miracle she’s still employed.

So that’s it. Possible LJ post, but maybe not. I don’t know if I’ve got the energy. Goodnight everyone, hope you had a good weekend.
